Water Chestnuts Wrapped in Turkey Bacon

    Ingredients:

  • 1 pack 12 oz. Godshall's Turkey bacon
  • 1 bag of Water Chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup of Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

    Directions:

  1. Open pack of Turkey Bacon and cut slices in half
  2. Wrap bacon around whole water chestnuts, hold in place with toothpick
  3. Bake for 40 mintues at 350 (use pyrex baking pan and make sure pan is greased)
  4. Check after 30 mintues, do not over bake
  5. Mix 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup light brown sugar (Make sure it is blended smooth)
  6. Pour mixture over bacon and bake for an additional 20 minutes
  7. Enjoy!!
