Apple Bacon Quinoa Salad

The Perfect Blend of Fruit, Vegetables and BACON!

Ingredients:
  • 3 Tablespoons GODSHALL’S Chili Lime CRUMBLZ or Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced)
  • 2 Green Apples (Chopped)
  • 3 Carrots (Sliced)
  • 2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds or Walnuts (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley (Minced Fresh)
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Chutney
  • Mixed Salad Greens
  • Salt (For Taste)
Instructions:
  1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. Chop, slice and mince the remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill ingredients in the fridge while the quinoa cools.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  5. ENJOY!
