Bacon Banana Pudding Cheesecake Blondies

Dessert Never Tasted So Good!

Ingredients:
Candied Bacon Bits:
  • 7 Slices GODSHALL’S Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon (Diced Fine)
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Blondie Crust:
  • Vanilla Wafers or Graham Crackers (Fineground)
  • 1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted, Melted)
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1/4 Cup Banana (Ripe, Mashed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Cheesecake Topping:
  • 2/3 Cup Heavy Whipped Cream
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Pack Instant Banana Pudding Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Vanilla Wafers (Garnish)
Instructions:
Candied Bacon Bits:
  1. Spray pan with butter flavored pan spray and heat to medium high.
  2. Toss in bacon then brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat and blend evenly. Set aside.
Blondie Crust:
  1. Apply non stick spray to 6 ceramic ramekin cups.
  2. Whisk butter and sugar until combined in a large bowl.
  3. In the same bowl, whisk in the vanilla wafer or graham cracker crumbs, banana and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Press mixture as crust into ramekin cups.
  5. Set aside in refrigerator.
Cheesecake Topping:
  1. Using a beater, whip heavy cream in a bowl and then refrigerate. Clean Beaters.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Add in the sugar, banana pudding powder, candied bacon bits, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Fold whipped cream into the mixture.
  5. Evenly distribute the cheesecake topping over blondie crust.
  6. Freeze until completely firm (approx. 2 hours)
  7. Garnish with more Vanilla Wafers, Bacon Bits and Whipped Cream
  8. ENJOY!
