Bacon Spring Salad

Healthy and Hopping with Flavor

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb of GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon, (Lightly Browned and Crumbled)
  • 2 lbs Peas
  • 2 lbs Carrots (Shredded)
  • ¾ Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
  • ½ Red Onion (Peeled Chopped)
  • 1 Cup of Mayo
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon Paprika
 Instructions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Place in the refrigerator (approx. one hour).
  3. Remove from refrigerator, mix and ENJOY!
