  • 8 Strips Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
  • 8 Canned Anchovy Fillets (Drained)
  • 16 Blanched Almonds
  • 16 Dates
  • 16 Smoked Oysters (Drained if Canned)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Cut all strips of bacon lengthwise
  3. Cut each anchovy lengthwise and wrap it around an almond
  4. Press the anchovy and almond into the space where the pit was removed from each prune
  5. Wrap with Bacon strip and secure with toothpick
  6. Wrap each smoked oyster with a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick
  7. Place assembled pieces on a cookie tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
