Hummus Bacon Bites

Healthy Snacking

Ingredients:

  • 8 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced Fine)
  • 30 Mini Phyllo (Filo) Shells
  •  3/4 – 1 Cup Hummus
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
  • 1 Red Pepper (Halved, Diced and Roasted)
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 2 Tablespoon Parsley (Minced)
Instructions:
  1. Remove phyllo shells from freezer to defrost.
  2. Cook GODSHALL’S turkey bacon until lightly browned and dice fine.
  3. Fill the phyllo shells with approx. 1 1/2 teaspoon of hummus.
  4. Divide the bacon, cucumbers, peppers, cheese and parsley evenly between the phyllo shells.
  5. ENJOY!
