Grilled Shrimp Bacon Pineapple Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 6 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon. (Diced, Lightly Browned and Tossed with Butter and Chili Lime Seasoning)
  • 2 Small Cans Crushed Pineapple
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1 lb Shrimp (Peeled and De-veined)
  • Island Marinade
    • 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
    • 1/3 Cup Honey
    • 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
    • 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger (Grated)
    • 1 Lime (Juiced)
  • 1 Cup Red Cabbage (Shredded)
  • Fresh Cilantro (Garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Dice GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon and toss with butter and chili lime seasoning. Cook until lightly browned.
  2. Grill Shrimp and Pineapple about 3 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.
  3. Toss shrimp and pineapple into island marinade
  4. Grill tortillas lightly
  5. Sprinkle with cabbage and diced chili lime turkey bacon
  6. Fill with shrimp & pineapple
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro
  8. ENJOY!
