Godshalls Quality Meats Introduces Chicken Bacon

Godshall’s Quality Meats – purveyor of Turkey Bacon, Beef and Pork Bacon, Sausage, Kielbasa, Bologna and more – recently announced the introduction of new Chicken Bacon to its extensive line of quality packaged meat products.
“Godshall’s – the industry leader in whole-muscle, thigh-meat-only turkey bacon – has developed a whole-muscle, chicken-thigh-meat Chicken Bacon in both an 8 oz and 12 oz size for the retail trade,” said Godshall’s Jeff Fisher. “There are no fillers, MSC, or extenders in this new product, and only natural wood smoke is used to give it a distinctive, wood-smoke aroma when cooked.”
According to Fisher, the new Chicken Bacon has the advantage of 60% less fat than a comparative portion size of Pork Bacon USDA standards.
