Godshall’s Quality Meats was honored by the National Provisioner magazine in the May 5, 2011 edition.
In the 2011 Market Segment Report, Godshall’s ranked 5th largest in the turkey segment and for the first time ever, we climbed into the Top 100 meat and poultry companies in America – being listed at number 100.
The third and final stage of construction that was completed at the Telford plant in late 2010, which doubled the size of the packaging department and added a separate room for injecting and tumbling supported the strong growth.
Company president, Mark Godshall said, “Our entire team is excited by the recognition received by the National Provisioner. Our number five ranking in the turkey segment and breaking into the top 100 list is a nice achievement for us. Despite the continued rising costs, we remain very optimistic. We feel that we are positioned well for the future. Our main job is to satisfy our customers and ultimately the consumer.”
