Hearty Appetizer:

Stuffed Portobello Caps

4 Portobello caps
2 tomatoes
Godshall’s Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon (finely chopped)
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Basil

Hollow out Portobello mushroom caps.

Slice tomatoes and fill the hollowed out caps.

Add finely chopped turkey bacon bits and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until cheese begins to crisp and brown at edges

Take out and add Basil and a few more Bacon pieces to the top for garnish.
