Classic “Pork Roll” Flavor

Turk Roll
Lo-Carb Quiche

8 slices well-done Godshall’s Turk Roll, diced
8 ounces light cream cheese aka Neufchatel Cheese(room temperature)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup chopped green onions (green part only)
8 oz Skim Ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack or Colby, grated
1 cup chopped scallions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Thoroughly mix eggs, heavy cream, cream cheese, Ricotta, butter, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth. Add finely chopped green scallions and blend quickly.
Spray a quiche baking dish with oil and pour mixture in. Sprinkle the Godshall’s Turk Roll evenly on the top and then add the grated cheese over the top. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center springs back to the touch or a knife comes out clean.
