As a complement or entree:
Turkey Bacon Asiago Olive Loaf
½ Package of Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
¼ lb. Asiago Cheese
¼ lb. Sliced Kalamata Olives
½ lb. Pre-packaged Yeast Dough
All Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fry Turkey Bacon on griddle at medium heat and chop into bits.
Spread flour on a flat surface and roll the dough out until ½” thick.
Evenly place quarter-sized pieces of Asiago cheese across the dough, followed by Sliced Kalamata Olives & Chopped Turkey Bacon bits.
Once the whole surface is covered, begin to roll dough from the bottom. Be sure to keep the ends rolled inward to keep the contents inside. Once the dough is rolled into a log shape, place onto greased baking tray. Lightly coat the top of the dough for a crisp, if desired.. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden on top
