Bacon Apple Tartlets



  • 2 Boxes Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples (Peeled, Cut into Even Pieces)
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  •  Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter


  • 4 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Diced)
  • 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter (2 Tablespoon Melted, 2 Tablespoon Cold)
  1. Using a cookie cutter or cup cut circles out of pre-made dough to fit the pan and press in for the pie shell.
  2. Filling: Mix all the ingredients together so the apples are coated.
  3. Fill the pie shells with the filling.
  4. Streusel: Mix the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Cut up the butter and mix with the ingredients to resemble coarse sand. Mix in bacon pieces and melted butter.
  5. Top the filling with the streusel mixture and bake at 350 for 30minutes.
  6. ENJOY!
