Bacon Beer Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ or 6 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced Fine)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil
  • 3/4 Cup Beer
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • Cooking Spray
  • Butter (Optional For Serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Then, mix in the oil and beer.
  5. Fold in the cheese. (Set a pinch of the cheese aside for topping the muffins)
  6. Distribute the batter in muffin pan. Then, sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake for approx. 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with butter and ENJOY!
