Bacon Brownie S’mores
- 12 oz Pack GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon
- Your Favorite Brownie mix (and items to prepare them)
- 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
- 4 Thin Milk Chocolate Bars
- 1 Bag of Large Marshmallows
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.
Prepare your brownie mix as usual but pour batter into a buttered and floured muffin tin (non-stick spray is also fine- use butter flavor if you can). The batter should be distributed over 12 muffin indentations. Place in oven as directed.
Set aside six slices of GODSHALL'S Real Wood Smoked Turkey Bacon, take remaining slices and dice to ½” pieces. Lightly brown in saucepan over medium high heat. As they begin to slightly brown, sprinkle in brown sugar and stir evenly into bacon. Stir in for 2-3 minutes and remove before sugared bacon begins to blacken! Set aside to cool.
When Brownies are done (toothpick should go in and pull out from center clean), pop out and cool on a rack.
Break chocolate bars into 12 equal sized portions.
Place a rounded teaspoon of candied bacon on top of each brownie.
Place chocolate over bacon and press flat.
Place marshmallow on top and put the dozen s’mores on a cookie tray.
Cut remaining 6 slices of bacon lengthwise in half. Wind around metal shapes like cylinders, small cookie presses etc and bake in place on a separate tray.
Keeping a very careful watch in the oven, remove the s’mores just as the marshmallow begins to brown. Remove the bacon shapes as they begin to brown and pin together with toothpicks. Serve while still warm and perfectly gooey!
