Bacon Corn Fritters

A Traditional Recipe Enhanced with Smoky Bacon Flavor!


  • 6 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced) or Smoky CRUMBLZ
  • 3 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1/2 Cup of Half-and-half
  • 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Cups Corn Kernels
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil


  • Beat egg yolks in a large bowl. Mix in the half-and-half, flour and salt.
  • Once combined well, add in the corn and bacon.
  • Beat egg whites until mixture becomes stiff, then add to the corn mixture until combined well.
  • Heat vegetable oil in pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once the oil sizzles, turn the heat down to medium and carefully drop tablespoons of the mixture into the oil.
  • Fry the fritters on each side for a couple minutes or when it turns golden brown.
  • Once finished cooking, place fritters on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Pile your fritters onto a plate and serve hot.
  • Serve with butter and additional GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon or top with CRUMBLZ.
