Paradise on a Plate


  • 2-3 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced)
  • 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
  • 8 oz Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 Slices of avocado (Chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Shallots (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Slice Pineapple (Chopped)


  • Mix all ingredients together aside from tortillas and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and heat on medium heat.
  • Layer in the skillet, tortilla, mozzarella cheese, crab meat mixture, more mozzarella and tortilla.
  • Cook on both sides of the tortilla until the tortillas, top and bottom, are brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Serve hot and ENJOY!
