Bacon Ranch Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ or 3 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced)
- 1.5 lbs Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Rosemary (Chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- Adobo (For Taste)
- Ranch Dressing or Sour Cream (For Garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spiralizer, make potatoes noodles.
- Roughly chop all potato noodles until they are in smaller pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss potato noodles with olive oil, salt, pepper, adobo and rosemary.
- Lay potato noodles on lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approx. 35 minutes. Tossing noodles every 10 minutes.
- Broil on high for approx. 3 minutes.
- Garnish with ranch dressing or sour cream and bacon.
