Bacon Ranch Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ or 3 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced)
  • 1.5 lbs Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon Rosemary (Chopped)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • Adobo (For Taste)
  • Ranch Dressing or Sour Cream (For Garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a spiralizer, make potatoes noodles.
  4. Roughly chop all potato noodles until they are in smaller pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, toss potato noodles with olive oil, salt, pepper, adobo and rosemary.
  6. Lay potato noodles on lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for approx. 35 minutes. Tossing noodles every 10 minutes.
  8. Broil on high for approx. 3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with ranch dressing or sour cream and bacon.
