Goat Cheese and Bacon Samosas
Cheesy Bacon Fusion
- 8 Slices GODSHALL’S Chicken or Turkey Bacon. (Browned and Diced Fine)
- 8 Oz. Goat Cheese
- 24 Wonton Wrappers
- Oil (Used to Deep Fry)
- Mix fine diced bacon and goat cheese thoroughly.
- With a CLEAN brush,edge 1/4″ in on all sides of a wonton.
- Drop 1 sparing teaspoon of filling into center and fold over. press seal wet edges to close tightly.
- Drop into deep fryer on medium high for about a minute each side or when bubbling slows a little.
- Remove and garnish with choice of sauce.
