Bacon Spring Salad
Healthy and Hopping with Flavor
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon, (Lightly Browned and Crumbled)
- 2 lbs Peas
- 2 lbs Carrots (Shredded)
- ¾ Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
- ½ Red Onion (Peeled Chopped)
- 1 Cup of Mayo
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ Teaspoon Paprika
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Place in the refrigerator (approx. one hour).
- Remove from refrigerator, mix and ENJOY!
