Bacon Wrapped Gouda Stuffed Chicken Breast Bites

Wrapped in Smoky Bacon Flavor


  • 12-14 Slices of GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon
  • 2 lb Chicken Breast (Sliced Thin or Pounded Out, Cut to Size)
  • 8 oz Gouda (Sliced in to result in 1” thick by about 3” by about 1/8 thick)
  • Adobo (For Seasoning)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or grill.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into 2 equal size pieces. (Sprinkle with Adobo)
  3. Place the gouda slice in center of the chicken breast.
  4. Starting at the long side, roll the chicken breast up, keeping the cheese in the middle.
  5. Wrap the GODSHALL’S turkey bacon around the chicken breast. (You may use toothpicks)
  6. Place on baking sheet and bake for approx. 30 minutes or grill.
  7. Broil topside for approx. 5 minutes to brown the bacon.
  8. Turn the breast over and broil for approx. 3 minutes to brown the bacon on the bottom.
  9. Cut into bite sized pieces to eat with a toothpick or enjoy as an entree!
