Beef Bacon Chili
Ingredients:
- 12 oz GODSHALL’S Beef Bacon
- 2 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Corn
- 1 Can Kidney Beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 Portabella Mushrooms
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon Adobo
- 3 Tablespoon Hot Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 4 Sprigs Fresh Sage (Julienned)
- 6 Sprigs Fresh Thyme (No Stems, Reserve some for garnish)
- 1 Dollop Sour Cream (Garnish)
- 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Garnish)
- Salt (To Taste)
- Pepper (To Taste)
