- 8 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced Fine)
- 30 Mini Phyllo (Filo) Shells
- 3/4 – 1 Cup Hummus
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber (Diced)
- 1 Red Pepper (Halved, Diced and Roasted)
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
- 2 Tablespoon Parsley (Minced)
- Remove phyllo shells from freezer to defrost.
- Cook GODSHALL'S turkey bacon until lightly browned and dice fine.
- Fill the phyllo shells with approx. 1 1/2 teaspoon of hummus.
- Divide the bacon, cucumbers, peppers, cheese and parsley evenly between the phyllo shells.
