Black and Blue Steak Bacon Wrap​

Ingredients
  • 3 Angus Steak Bacon Slices Per Wrap
  • 4 Portabella Mushrooms Per Wrap
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 oz. Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 oz. Blue Cheese
  • 4 Leaves of Boston Bibb Lettuce
  • 1 Tortilla Per Wrap
  • 1 oz. Blue Cheese Dressing
METHOD

Prepare your mushrooms by removing the stem and scooping out the gills, then tossing in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Place on a parchment lined, greased sheet pan and bake at 350 F for 20 mins or until softened.

Cook the bacon and set aside. Slice your cooled
mushrooms and roasted red peppers.

Lay down the tortilla and spread on the blue cheese dressing. Layer in the lettuce, mushrooms roasted red peppers, blue cheese and Angus steak bacon. Wrap and serve.

Bacon, Eggs & Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 3 Angus Steak Bacon Slices
  • 2 Each Eggs
  • 2 oz. Cheddar
  • Pea Sprouts (To Taste)
  • Onion
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Piece of Toast
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
METHOD

Sautee your peppers and onions in the butter. Add the cheese and eggs, then scramble. Cook your bacon and set aside.

Butter the toast and place your eggs, peppers,
onions, sprouts, and Angus steak bacon slices on top.

Angus Steak Bacon Breakfast

Ingredients
  • 3 Slices of Angus Steak Bacon
  • 3 oz. Hash Browns
  • 2 Slices Tomato
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 Slice of Muenster cheese
  • 4 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 oz. Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 oz. Onion
  • 2 oz. Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
METHOD

Toss the hash browns, peppers, onions, salt and pepper in olive oil and bake at 350 F until golden brown.

Cook your bacon and put aside. Toast and butter your English muffin and cook your egg.

Put your English muffin on a plate. Place the
slice of Muenster cheese, tomato, egg and Angus steak bacon on top. Place the hash browns on the side of the plate.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
SKILLET: Pre-heat pan to 350°F or medium high. Heat slices for 3 minutes, then flip and heat for another 2 minutes. Flip again and heat for 30 seconds, place on napkin or paper towel.
BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 350°F, and set slices on a wire or mesh rack in a shallow pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
AIR FRY: Pre-heat to 350°F, once heated cook on a rack for 8 minutes.
