Squash and Steak Sandwich


  • 2 Strips GQM Steak Bacon, cooked to desired crispiness
  • 1 Radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 Slices Muenster Cheese
  • 1 Egg, over easy
  • 1 Acorn Squash, cut into rings
  • ½ oz Sprouts
  • ½ oz Mayonnaise
  • 1 Bagel, toasted
  • 4T Olive Oil
  • TT Salt and Pepper



Cut into rings and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until softened.


Build the sandwich

Toast your bagel and spread on the mayonnaise.

Layer on the cheese slices, radish slices, sprouts, baked acorn squash, place the egg in the center hole of the squash and the bacon on top. When cut down the center the egg should be running and coat the sandwich.
