Steak Bacon & Goat Cheese Sandwich



  • 3 Slices Godshall’s Angus Steak Bacon
  • 3T Goat Cheese, room temp
  • 1 Ciabatta roll, toasted
  • 1 Egg, cooked over easy
  • Handful of Spring Mix
  • 3oz Roasted Red Pepper


1. Spread the goat cheese on the ciabatta roll.
2. Layer with spring mix, Roasted Red Pepper, Angus Steak Bacon, and the over-easy egg.
3. Slice and enjoy warm.
