As a very simple introduction about myself. I am Lee Yeong Sheng, currently a Food Science Master's student at Iowa State University and is expected to graduate in November. Briefly, the main focus of my research is about the encapsulation of bioactive ingredients through Pickering emulsion stabilized by multiple nanoparticles, and I do have a CGPA of 3.88. While doing my Master's degree here in Iowa, I am able to design the methodology by myself. With that, I would consider myself independent and I will always be ready to learn something new.
List of special skills or licenses:
I am good at designing different tests (different measurements, sensory tests and more), performing the tests, collecting and analyzing the results (different statistical analyses). Also, I am willing to learn anything that can help the company to continue growing.
