Spiralized Cantaloupe and Bacon Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ or 4 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (Squeezed Fresh)
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Mint (Chopped Fresh )
- 1 Cantaloupe (Peeled and Spiralized)
- Mini Mozzarella Balls
Instructions:
- Cook GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon to package instructions and dice. (Ignore step id using GODSHALL’s Fully Cooked Uncured Turkey Bacon CRUMBLZ)
- Whisk the olive oil, lime juice, honey, and mint in a mixing bowl.
- Place the cantaloupe onto the spiralizer and cut until you have approx. 5 cups of cantaloupe “noodles”.
- Add the cantaloupe “noodles” into the mixing bowl and then add the mini mozzarella balls. Mix well.
- Top with bacon and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve and ENJOY!
