Spiralized Cantaloupe and Bacon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Smoky CRUMBLZ or 4 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Browned and Diced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice (Squeezed Fresh)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Mint (Chopped Fresh )
  • 1 Cantaloupe (Peeled and Spiralized)
  • Mini Mozzarella Balls

Instructions:

  1. Cook GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon to package instructions and dice. (Ignore step id using GODSHALL’s Fully Cooked Uncured Turkey Bacon CRUMBLZ)
  2. Whisk the olive oil, lime juice, honey, and mint in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the cantaloupe onto the spiralizer and cut until you have approx. 5 cups of  cantaloupe “noodles”.
  4. Add the cantaloupe “noodles” into the mixing bowl and then add the mini mozzarella balls. Mix well.
  5. Top with bacon and garnish with mint leaves.
  6. Serve and ENJOY!
