Sweet Potato Bacon Cake Pops

Ingredients:
- 1 Pack GODSHALL’S Maple Turkey Bacon (Cut into small pieces)
- 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Stevia
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 5 Eggs
- 1/2 Stick Butter (Softened or Melted)
- 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar or Stevia
- Milk
