Sweet Potato Bacon Cake Pops

Ingredients:
  • 1 Pack GODSHALL’S Maple Turkey Bacon (Cut into small pieces)
  • 2-3 Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Stevia
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 Stick Butter (Softened or Melted)
  • 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar or Stevia
  • Milk
