• 6 Slices GODSHALL'S Turkey Bacon (Lightly Browned and Diced Fine with 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder and 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice)
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs (Boneless, Skinless, Cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Cups White Rice (Cooked)


  1. Cook the rice and bacon to package instructions.
  2. Dice the bacon fine in pan and add 1/4 Teaspoon Chili Powder and 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice. Mix well.
  3. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the flesh of each half with a spoon set it aside to enjoy later.
  5. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet on high heat.
  6. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, approx. 1-2 minutes.
  7. Then add soy sauce, brown sugar and honey. Mix well.
  8. Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low and cook. Stir occasionally until sauce is thick and the chicken is cooked (approx. 8 to 12 minutes)
  9. Add the bacon  and sesame seeds and stir.
  10. Add a cup of cooked rice into the pineapple bowl.
  11. Garnish with more bacon, serve hot and ENJOY!
