Thai Chicken Bacon Lettuce Wraps

Crunchy and Tangy Flavor Explosion

Ingredients:

Marinade:

  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Peanut Sauce:

  • 2 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or Agave
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Lettuce Wraps:

  • 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Chili Lime CRUMBLZ
  • 4 Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1 Red Pepper (Deseeded and Sliced Thin)
  • 1 Head of Cabbage or Romaine (Pull 10 Attractive Leaves)
  • 6 Chicken Breasts
  • Cilantro
  • Peanuts
  • 1 Lime (1/2 to Squeeze, 1/2 to Garnish)

Instuctions:

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or bag, mix well and add chicken breasts. Cover and marinate approx. 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Combine all ingredients for peanut sauce in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  3. Set grill to medium.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and grill approx. 7 minutes per side.
  5. Slice chicken thin and assemble the lettuce wraps with chicken, carrots, red pepper, cabbage, cilantro, peanuts and chili lime bacon CRUMBLZ.
  6. Drizzle with peanut sauce and lime.
