Thai Crab Bacon Curry
Bursting with Exotic Flavor!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup GODSHALL’S Chili Lime CRUMBLZ
- 16 oz Crab Meat
- 13 oz Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Yellow Curry Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 Scallions (Diced Very Fine)
- 1 Teaspoon Basil Flakes (Rounded)
- 1/2 Red Pepper (Thin Long Pieces)
- Juice of 2 Limes
Instructions:
- Combine coconut milk and chicken stock in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add yellow curry paste and whisk until well blended. Add salt and bring to simmer.
- Then, add red pepper slices and diced scallions.
- Add juice of 2 limes and basil.
- Add crab meat and Chili Lime CRUMBLZ.
- Simmer, stirring frequently for approx. 20 minutes over medium heat. Lower the heat if recipe reduces too quickly. (Add 1/2 level teaspoon cornstarch if too watery)
- Serve over glass noodles or rice.
- Garnish with lime slices and pepper slices and more chili lime CRUMBLZ.
