Turkey Bacon Brie Open Faced Grilled Cheese



  1. Cook the desired amount of GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon to package instructions. (We recommend a minimum of 2 slices per sandwich)
  2. Mix together 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt per sandwich.
  3. Spread butter on the bread.
  4. Heat a large skillet with a lid over medium low heat.
  5. Put two pieces of bread butter side down in the skillet.
  6. Next, add the brie, 2 slices of deli turkey and turkey bacon.
  7. Spread the mayo on the opposite side of bread.
  8. Cook until the brie bubbles and browns on top.
  9. Repeat steps for more than one sandwich.
  10. Serve hot and ENJOY!
