Turkey Bacon Summer Salad
Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Teaspoon Honey
- Salt (For Taste)
- Pepper (For Taste)
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salad:
- 2 Pears (Peeled & Chopped)
- 2 Bunches Spinach
- 1/2 Head Radicchio (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese
Instructions:
- In a bottle with a lid, mix all the dressing ingredients together and shake vigorously until thickened and well combined. (Always shake before use)
- In a bowl, place your spinach, radicchio, cheese, pecans and pears.
- Pour over the dressing and serve.
