Turkey Bacon Summer Salad

Ingredients:
Dressing:
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Teaspoon Honey
  • Salt (For Taste)
  • Pepper (For Taste)
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Salad:

  • 2 Pears (Peeled & Chopped)
  • 2 Bunches Spinach
  • 1/2 Head Radicchio (Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese
Instructions:
  1. In a bottle with a lid, mix all the dressing ingredients together and shake vigorously until thickened and well combined. (Always shake before use)
  2. In a bowl, place your spinach, radicchio, cheese, pecans and pears.
  3. Pour over the dressing and serve.
  4. ENJOY!
