Turkey Bacon Tenderloin Rumaki

Ingredients:
  • 10 Slices GODSHALL’S Turkey Bacon (Chopped)
  • 1/2 lb Beef Tenderloin (1/2 Inch Cubes)
  • 10 2 Inch Long Scallions
  • 10 Pieces Chunked Pineapple
  • 1 Can Water Chestnuts (Drained Cut in Half)

Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon Water (Optional)
