Philly Breakfast Pizza


  • 1 lb GODSHALL'S Turkey Scrapple
  • 2 Cups Tater Tots
  • 1/2 lb Pizza Dough or pre-made 12 inch Pizza Crust
  • 1 Cup Sharp Provolone
  • 1 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella
  • Adobo (For Taste)
  • Salt (For Taste)


  1. Bake tots in oven at 350 degrees F while browning scrapple in skillet with plenty of non stick spray.
  2. Unroll and/or press out dough to 12 inch or 14 inch pizza pan.
  3. Remove lightly browned tots (approx. 12 minutes)
  4. Scatter scrapple slices, scatter tots, scatter provolone shreds, scatter mozzarella shreds.
  5. Bake at 390 degrees F (approx. 10-12 minutes) until cheese is golden.
  6. Use salt or adobo to taste and serve warm and delightfully gooey.
  7. ENJOY!
