Turkey Bacon
Breakfast Cups

6 slices of Godshall’s Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon
6 slices of bread
6 eggs
½ cup of shredded cheese
½ cup fresh diced green pepper
½ cup diced onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan with butter non-stick spray.
Cut approximately 3-3.5 in circles out of the pieces of the pieces of bread.
Take bread circles and press them into the muffin pan making cups, set aside.
Shape Godshall’s Fully Cooked Turkey Bacon strips into the cups, fill with a pinch of shredded cheese.
Place in oven to slightly heat the bacon and melt the cheese, approximately 5 minutes. Then remove.
Whisk 1 in a bowl and the cook on skillet. Fill cooked scrambled egg in one cup, repeat until all cups are filled.
Add desire amount of diced green pepper and diced onion to keep cup and add another pinch of cheese, place bake in oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from oven and pop out using a spoon, serve warm.
