Ordering & Shipping

We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot fulfill orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or international destinations.

All our packaging is tailored to preserve product integrity, based on safe product handling requirements and the destination. All perishable items are packed in an insulated cooler with cold packs designed to keep products at safe temperatures during transit. Nonperishable foods are packed in boxes.

Orders with perishable items are generally processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays, to avoid weekend delays. Orders with perishable items placed after 2pm ET on Wednesdays may be held until the following week to ensure freshness. Orders containing nonperishable items placed by 2pm ET will ship the same day, Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET or on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.

Transit time typically ranges from 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make modifications, please contact customer service immediately after ordering.

It is essential that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. Extended exposure to outdoor temperatures may compromise product quality and will not be covered for refunds.

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

We work diligently to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock. However, due to factors beyond our control, some items may occasionally be unavailable at the time your order is processed.

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the affected item(s) to your original form of payment. We understand how important your order is to you, so all available items will still be shipped as scheduled.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If items are missing or you notice significant damage or temperature issues, please reach out to our customer service team within 24–72 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue. We strongly advise making sure someone will be available to receive the shipment — this means letting gift recipients know to expect a perishable package.

We are not responsible for damaged or spoiled product due to the following:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Unopened shipments
  • Gifts to recipients who are out of town or unable to receive shipments

Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis and may be offered for defective, damaged, or missing items. Refund requests received after 72 hours of delivery may not be honored.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the carrier. Please monitor your tracking link and contact the carrier for delivery updates.

Recycling & Sustainability

We work with packaging suppliers that prioritize sustainability. Many of our materials are recyclable, reusable, or designed to break down in landfill conditions over time.

Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam used in our shipping coolers is 98% air and highly insulating. While not accepted curbside in most areas, it can be recycled at specialized facilities. To find one near you, visit homeforfoam.com.

Yes! Gel packs can be reused indefinitely until they leak. Store them in the freezer and reuse them for picnics, lunchboxes, or emergencies. Biodegradable packs contain additives to promote breakdown in landfills, though they cannot be recycled curbside.

Get creative: use foam containers for gardening, storage, pet shelters, or DIY projects. Cold packs can be used in coolers, first-aid kits, or reused in other shipments.
