Ingredients
- 1 pack Godshall’s Chicken Bacon
- 8 leaves from 1 medium head butter lettuce, such as Boston or Bibb
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce, large
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 green onion – thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes – sliced
- 1 medium avocado, sliced
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a rack placed over a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked and crispy. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb any grease.
- Lay 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce on a work surface. Then add two leaves of butter lettuce on top, overlapping each other slightly. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center. Then add 1/4 of the tomato slices. Top with 1/4 of the avocado slices, followed by 2 to 3 slices of bacon. Sprinkle with some green onion and salt & pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides in and the bottom up, and roll like a burrito. Slice in half.
- Repeat with the other 3 wraps and ingredients, and serve.
