Beef Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 package Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Coat the asparagus in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes, 7 minutes if the stems are thick. Let cool and divide into three portions.
  3. Wrap each portion with the bacon slices and sprinkle with parmesan.
  4. Place back in the oven for 8 more minutes.
  5. Once the bacon is brown, you can sprinkle with a little more salt and serve.
