
Ingredients
- 1 package Godshall’s Beef Bacon
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Coat the asparagus in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 350°F for about 5 minutes, 7 minutes if the stems are thick. Let cool and divide into three portions.
- Wrap each portion with the bacon slices and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Place back in the oven for 8 more minutes.
- Once the bacon is brown, you can sprinkle with a little more salt and serve.
