Ingredients
- 5 slices Godshall’s Turkey Bacon, diced
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts (cleaned and halved)
- 8 oz browned butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1 oz sage (julienned)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Red onion, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in an oven-safe pan.
- Once browned, place the Brussels sprouts in, flat side down.
- Once browned, flip and add your sage, garlic, onions, and bacon.
- Toss to coat the ingredients and place in the oven for 12 minutes at 375, or until the Brussels sprouts are softened.
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Plate and serve hot!
