The Best Bacon Brussel Sprouts


  • 5 slices Godshall’s Turkey Bacon, diced
  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts (cleaned and halved)
  • 8 oz browned butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 red onion, chopped
  • 1 oz sage (julienned)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, to taste
  • Red onion, for garnish


  1. Melt the butter in an oven-safe pan.
  2. Once browned, place the Brussels sprouts in, flat side down.
  3. Once browned, flip and add your sage, garlic, onions, and bacon.
  4. Toss to coat the ingredients and place in the oven for 12 minutes at 375, or until the Brussels sprouts are softened.
  5. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Plate and serve hot!
