- 1 Package Godshall’s Beef Bacon
- 1 Bag Romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ C Caesar Dressing
- ¼ C Parmesan Cheese
- TT Salt and Pepper
- 10-12 Toothpicks
1. Clean and chop the romaine lettuce. Dry and place in the bowl. Mix in the parmesan, salt and pepper, and dressing. Using a small handful, ball up the Caesar salad and wrap with a slice of the cooked beef bacon. Stick a toothpick through the bacon and place on a serving tray. Serve immediately.
