Beef Bacon Wrapped Caesar Salad Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 1 bag Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10-12 toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Clean, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. Place lettuce in the bowl.
  3. Mix in the parmesan, salt and pepper, and dressing.
  4. Cook Beef Bacon, as per package instructions.
  5. Using a small handful, ball up the Caesar salad and wrap with a slice of the cooked Beef Bacon.
  6. Stick a toothpick through the bacon and place on a serving tray. Serve immediately.
