Ingredients
- 1 package Godshall’s Beef Bacon
- 1 bag Romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 10-12 toothpicks
Instructions
- Clean, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce.
- Place lettuce in the bowl.
- Mix in the parmesan, salt and pepper, and dressing.
- Cook Beef Bacon, as per package instructions.
- Using a small handful, ball up the Caesar salad and wrap with a slice of the cooked Beef Bacon.
- Stick a toothpick through the bacon and place on a serving tray. Serve immediately.
