Peppered Turkey Bacon


At Godshall’s we only use high quality cuts of turkey. We’ve turned up the spice with our Peppered Turkey Bacon. It’s one of the most popular pork bacon flavors and we brought that desired taste to our Turkey Bacon. So, if you’re ready for Real Wood Smoked, real delicious bacon that’s seasoned to perfection, give this a try.

There are big differences in brands of turkey bacon. Unlike most of the big brands, we don’t mass produce bacon using “mechanically separated turkey” to create a mash that is formed and colored to look like bacon. Our smokehouse delights are slowly smoked and carefully crafted for the best flavor and texture, and this bacon is no exception.

Product Details

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

SKILLET: Pre-heat skillet to medium high. Heat slices while turning them every minute to ensure uniform browning. When slices are halfway done, turn heat to medium. Drain on paper towels.

BAKE: Place separated slices on rack in shallow pan. Bake for about 15 minutes at 400°F.

MICROWAVE: Place slices in shallow glass container or on paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Cook on HIGH power. 2 strips: 1 ½ minutes; 4 strips: 2 ½ minutes.

AIR FRY: Set to 350°F, heat slices on a wire/mesh rack for 8 minutes.

This product was prepared using inspected and approved turkey thighs. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions:

KEEP refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
KEEP raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.
COOK thoroughly.
KEEP hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
