Spread flour on the work surface, and roll out the pizza dough to a round or oval shape, about 1/4” thick. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled large baking sheet (using about 1 teaspoon of the olive oil).
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a small bowl, stir the cream cheese until smooth. Add the flour, sour cream, and the remaining olive oil. Add salt and pepper, and stir until smooth.
In a pan, cook the bacon for a few minutes over medium heat until the fat is rendered into the pan. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
Spread the cheese mixture over the pizza dough, leaving about 1/4 to 1/2 inch uncovered at the edges. Top with the cooked bacon and onions.
Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
