Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Godshall’s Beef Bacon, cooked and chopped 1” pieces
  • 1 pack slider rolls, 12 buns total
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper

TOPPING:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the beef and onion in a large pan over medium heat, until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is softened. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper and stir to combine for about 1 minute.
  3. Cut the rolls in half, horizontally, separating the tops from the bottoms while keeping them still connected. Lay the bottom halves in a greased baking pan. Lay 6 slices of American cheese evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture over the cheese, and spread evenly. Add the bacon and distribute evenly. Lay the remaining cheese slices over the bacon layer. Replace the roll tops. For the glaze, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire and mustard in a small bowl. Brush the glaze over the roll tops, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  5. Bake the sliders for about 20 to 25 minutes.
