- 1 pack Godshall’s Beef Bacon, cooked and chopped into 1” pieces
- 1 pack slider rolls, 12 buns total
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 slices American cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef and onion in a large pan over medium heat, until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is softened. Add the tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper, and stir to combine for about 1 minute.
- Cut the rolls in half, horizontally, separating the tops from the bottoms. Lay the bottom halves in a greased baking pan. Lay 6 slices of American cheese evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.

- Bake the sliders for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
