Beef Bacon French Dip Sandwich

  • 2 packs Godshall’s Beef Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons thyme (leave some for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 crusty buttered roll
  • 4 cups beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Muenster cheese
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese


1. Butter the rolls and toast them until crisp. Set aside.
2. In a pot, heat the stock, sherry, herbs, Worcestershire, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper.
3. Bring to a slow simmer and add the beef bacon.
4. Bring to a boil and drop the heat. Cook to desired tenderness.
5. Place the Beef Bacon slices on the rolls, top with the cheese, and broil until bubbling and gooey. Garnish with thyme, salt, and pepper.
6. Serve with a small cup of the stock mixture. Enjoy!
