Ingredients
- 6 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon, cut in half – Toothpicks
- 6 jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar; fill each jalapeno half.
- Wrap with a half strip of beef bacon, secure with a toothpick.
- Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, until bacon is crisp and cheese is bubbling.
