Ingredients
- 1 pack Godshall’s Beef Bacon
- 8 pineapple spears
- 2 oz maple syrup
- Bamboo skewers
- 2 tablespoons of mint or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Soak bamboo skewers in water about 15 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and add a wire rack
- Insert one skewer into each pineapple spear. Wrap each pineapple spear with one bacon slice. Place
- each bacon-wrapped spear seam-side down onto the wire rack. Brush each spear with maple syrup
- Bake for 20-25 minutes total, flipping them halfway through, until bacon is cooked and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
