Ingredients
- One pack Godshall’s Organic Uncured Turkey Bacon or any Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
- 4 oz Organic Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tbsp Organic Diced Jalapeños orJalapeño Relish
- Optional Garnish: Chives orRed Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- Cook Godshall’s Organic Uncured Turkey Bacon to your liking, following package instructions.
- Cool the bacon on paper towels, then cut each slice in half.
- Mix the cream cheese and jalapeños for the filling – use a blender for a smoother texture, if preferred.
- Spread about one teaspoon of fillingonto each half slice of bacon, roll it up, and secure with a toothpick.
- Garnish and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.
