Ingredients
- 3 strips Godshall’s Turkey Bacon
- 2 large pieces of lettuce
- 2 slices toast
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 slices Heirloom tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook your bacon.
- Toast your bread.
- Spread the mayo on the toast and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer on the tomato and lettuce.
- Top with bacon and slice in half to enjoy a stacked bacon sandwich.
